About Us
At KG Events, we provide enchanting indoor teepee setups designed for children's birthday parties and sleepovers aged 5-12. Our aim is to create memorable experiences that spark joy and foster imagination in every child. With attention to detail and creativity, we ensure that each theme reflects the personality and preferences of the young guests. We focus on seamless experiences, we do the full setup and collection the following day to make the experience effortless for the parents/carers. Let's make your next celebration unforgettable!
Themes
Pink & Pretty
This is the perfect theme if you are looking for a cosy and pretty night. Pink & Pretty comes equipped with themed bedding, a soft blanket, comfy pink sleep mask, decorative cushions, a stylish lantern, a vase of beautiful flowers and a little something to take with them.
Football
This is the perfect theme for football lovers. This theme offers a fun foosball table, football themed cups, comfy bedding, cosy blankets, decorative football cushions and a football themed toy which can be taken away with you.
Animal Adventure
This theme is for the animal explorers. The adventurers will be equipped with lots of soft animal teddies, cosy fairy lights, immersive greenery, a cup to match the theme and a little something for the animal lovers to take with them.
Unicorns
This is the perfect choice for anyone that loves Unicorns. This theme is equipped with warm Unicorn blankets, colour changing cups, pink sleep masks, a fun Unicorn hobby toy, cute Unicorn cushion and a something for them to leave with.
Gaming
This for the gaming crazy children. This theme offers a controller shaped rug and cushions, sleek black cups, comfy black sleep masks, glow in the dark bedding and a gift to leave with.

Please ensure that you have adequate room for us to set up. Please move any furniture before we arrive.
Keep it clean: Please avoid food, shoes, slime, paint, felt tip pens, and any other messy activities near the Teepees. Let's keep our magical setups looking their best!
Pet-free zone: For the safety and cleanliness of our equipment, please keep all furry friends away from the teepee area.
No smoking or open flames are allowed anywhere near the teepees.
Please ensure adult supervision at all times.
Deposit: To protect our equipment, any damage caused by not following these rules will unfortunately mean your deposit cannot be returned.

Upon booking 50% of the total price will be required to secure the booking, this is non refundable. A £90 damage deposit is required which is fully refundable if there is no damage to our equipment. Full payment is required 14 days prior to the event date.
